Your plan, built from
your Apple Health.

Reshape reads up to 8 weeks of your running from Apple Health (pace, mileage, heart rate, recovery) and builds a plan shaped around the runner you are today. New to running, or coming back after a break? A short onboarding fills the gaps.

Reshape adapting the next week of training based on what actually happened

Miss a run. Crush a tempo.
Take the week off.

At the end of every week, your plan rebuilds itself from what you actually ran: your effort, your completion, your recovery. Next week always meets you where you are.

Apple Watch running a structured Reshape interval workout, wrist-side

Your workout,
wrist-side.

Every session shows up on your Apple Watch the night before, ready to start. Pace targets on the face. A gentle tap on your wrist when an interval starts or ends. Heart rate, elevation, and splits captured as you run, then folded back into next week’s plan.

Every workout comes with a coach’s note.So you always know what you’re doing, and why.

Wherever you are in running.
Reshape meets you there.

Starting from zero.

Reshape opens with walk-run intervals and short distances, paced to what your body can handle today. Every workout comes with a coach note in plain language. No ex-marathoner jargon.

Back from injury. Or life.

When you return, your plan reads where your fitness is today and rebuilds from there. Gentle on-ramp. No pushing into intensity before you’re ready.

Training for a race.

Give Reshape your race date and it builds a periodized plan: base, build, peak, taper. Daniels-based pacing, adapted every week to the runs you actually put in.

Every run
has a reason.

Daniels’ pacing. Periodization. Base, build, peak, taper, recovery. The proven principles that get runners to the start line ready, running quietly in the background of every plan. Built by a runner, in the Netherlands. Independent. Here for the long run.

Frequently asked questions

You connect Apple Health, pick your goal, and start running. If you already have running history on your phone, Reshape reads up to 8 weeks of it and builds a plan from where you are today. If you’re new, a short onboarding asks a few questions and gets you started with walk-run intervals. Either way, each session lands on your Apple Watch and the plan rewrites itself every week based on what you actually ran. Every workout comes with a coach’s note explaining why it’s there.

Reshape reads your Apple Health history on day one and rebuilds your plan every week from your actual runs: your effort, completion, and recovery. Every session has a plain-English coach’s note. Independent, Apple-native, and priced as an indie app. (If you’re switching from Runna, the FAQ on imports below covers what to expect.)

There’s nothing to type, nothing to prompt. Reshape uses AI behind the scenes to build your plan from sports-science rules and your real running history, write coaching notes that explain every workout in plain language, and adapt the plan each week. Generation runs on a secure server, but Reshape only ever sends anonymous training context (pace ranges, volume, completion stats). Never your raw health records or identity.

Life happens. Skipped workouts get marked, and your next week regenerates from what you actually did. The plan always reflects reality.

$4.99 / €4.99 a month once out of beta, through the App Store. No ads, no upsells. Annual pricing coming before launch.

Yes. The TestFlight beta is free. When the App Store version launches, early testers get a heads-up and a fair deal.

Yes. This is where Reshape shines. When you come back, the plan reads where your fitness is today and rebuilds from there. Gentle on-ramp, no pushing into intensity before you’re ready.

Absolutely. If you don’t have running history in Apple Health yet, a short onboarding walks you through a few questions: how much you’re moving today, any running you’ve done before, and what you’d like to work toward. Your first plan starts with walk-run intervals and short distances, and it adapts week by week as Reshape learns how you actually run. Coach notes explain everything in plain language.

5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, and general-fitness blocks. Plan length and structure adapt to your race date and fitness. Ultra and trail are on the roadmap.

Yes, for now. Reshape sends every workout straight to your Apple Watch so each interval, tempo, and cool-down plays out on your wrist. It also reads heart rate, VO2Max, and recovery signals from your watch to shape next week’s plan. Garmin, Polar, and COROS support is on the roadmap.

Your raw HealthKit data stays on your device. To build and adapt your plan, Reshape sends only anonymous training context (pace ranges, weekly volume, recent run summaries, completion stats) to a secure server. Never your raw health records. Never personally identifiable information. No profile anyone could tie back to you.

Yes. Built in the Netherlands by a single runner-developer. Decisions get made fast. Your feedback is read by the person who ships the code.
