Know why every run matters
Every workout opens with a coach note. The purpose, the pace, what to focus on. No guessing.
Reshape builds your training plan from your Apple Health runs, coaches you before and after every run, and rewrites the next week from what you actually ran.

Every workout opens with a coach note. The purpose, the pace, what to focus on. No guessing.

Pick a goal and Reshape builds a plan from your Apple Health runs. Each session lands the night before.
You connect Apple Health, pick your goal, and start running. If you already have running history on your phone, Reshape reads up to 8 weeks of it and builds a plan from where you are today. If you’re new, a short onboarding asks a few questions and gets you started with walk-run intervals. Either way, each session shows up in the app on your iPhone (and on your Apple Watch if you wear one), and the plan rewrites itself every week based on what you actually ran. Every workout comes with a coach’s note explaining why it’s there.
Most plans are written once, in advance, for an imagined average runner. They don’t know you missed Tuesday’s tempo, or crushed Sunday’s long run, or caught a cold in week three. Reshape rewrites the week ahead from what actually happened: your effort, your completion, your recovery. Same sports-science principles underneath, applied to the runner you are this week. Not the one you were at onboarding.
Reshape watches weekly load (distance, intensity, recovery) and caps how fast it ramps you up. No sudden mileage jumps, no hard session on tired legs. If you miss runs, it pulls the next week back. If you feel good, it adds load gradually. Injury prevention isn’t a feature bolted on. It’s how the plan gets built in the first place.
Life happens. Skipped workouts get marked, and your next week regenerates from what you actually did. The plan always reflects reality.
Yes. This is where Reshape shines. When you come back, the plan reads where your fitness is today and rebuilds from there. Gentle on-ramp, no pushing into intensity before you’re ready.
Absolutely. If you don’t have running history in Apple Health yet, a short onboarding walks you through a few questions: how much you’re moving today, any running you’ve done before, and what you’d like to work toward. Your first plan starts with walk-run intervals and short distances, and it adapts week by week as Reshape learns how you actually run. Coach notes explain everything in plain language.
5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, and general-fitness blocks. Plan length and structure adapt to your race date and fitness. Ultra and trail are on the roadmap.
There’s nothing to type, nothing to prompt. Reshape uses AI behind the scenes to build your plan from sports-science rules and your real running history, write coaching notes that explain every workout in plain language, and adapt the plan each week. Generation runs on a secure server, but Reshape only ever sends anonymous training context (pace ranges, volume, completion stats). Never your raw health records or identity.
No. Reshape works with iPhone alone, with Apple Watch, or with both. On iPhone you follow the workout from the app with audio cues for each interval. On Apple Watch the same session shows up on your wrist with target paces and haptic cues. Either way, your runs flow through Apple Health and the plan rewrites every week from what you actually did. See how it works on iPhone or how it works on Apple Watch for the full walkthrough. Garmin, Polar, and COROS support is on the roadmap.
Your raw HealthKit data stays on your device. To build and adapt your plan, Reshape sends only anonymous training context (pace ranges, weekly volume, recent run summaries, completion stats) to a secure server. Never your raw health records. Never personally identifiable information. No profile anyone could tie back to you.
